Both chalets use self check-in. Before arrival, we send the lockbox details and access instructions for an easy arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. For bookings made closer to arrival, reduced refund windows apply according to our terms. See full cancellation terms in Terms & Conditions

When is payment charged and how do you process it?

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. The booking amount is charged to confirm the reservation, and invoicing is handled by factureaza.ro.

Are pets, smoking, or parties allowed?

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the chalets, and guests must respect house rules and maximum occupancy.

Can I work remotely from the chalet?

Yes. Both chalets are prepared for remote working stays with high-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace office.
