Karstic Chalets S.R.L (hereinafter referred to as "Karstic Chalets"), a Romanian company with a registered office in Municipiul Cluj Napoca, Strada Campului, Nr: 161, Scara: III, Ap: 7, judet Cluj, is registered in the trade register under no. J12/1504/31.03.2023 and has CUI: 47924016.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Our services are available to anyone over 18 years of age. We do not provide services to individuals under 18 years of age.

To book a cabin, users must complete our booking form. By submitting the form, users agree to pay the rental fee and any applicable taxes and fees. All payments are processed through Stripe, and invoicing is done through factureaza.ro.

The name and contact information of the person who created the booking will remain the only contact and will be responsible for the booking and communication.

Properties may be situated in a difficult access area during winter, so it is important to ask for details prior to your arrival.

Karstic Chalets reserves the right to refuse any booking for various reasons.

• Check-in is from 15:30, and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request. The property is self-check-in, and the keys can be found in the lockbox with the code provided by us prior to guests arrival. On check-out, guests should leave the keys in the same lockbox.
• Guests are responsible for their choice of stay. We are not responsible if guests expectations are not met. Guests should consult our website before making a reservation for all the details and facilities of the properties.
• Guests must respect the maximum allowed capacity of the properties. Disregarding this may result in penalties.
• On check-out, guests must leave the properties in a neat and tidy manner, return all items to their original spot, turn off lights, turn off heating/cooling, and close the doors.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the properties. You may smoke outside, but it is mandatory to safely throw the cigarette butts in the indicated spot.
• No pets are allowed. We love animals but not inside the properties.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the cabin during their stay.
• Karstic Chalets will provide the guests wood for the strict purpose of heating the cabin and barbeque, the amount of wood being sufficient for each individual reservation. If the wood is not enough, the group representative can ask the owner to supplement the wood.

Payments will be made through the Stripe platform. Stripe's terms and conditions of use, as well as it's Privacy Policy, can be found at www.stripe.com.

Invoices will be processed by the Factureaza.ro platform and will adhere to their terms and conditions, as well as their Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.factureaza.ro.

The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the customer's credit/debit card.

• Guests may cancel their reservation with up to 30 days prior the check-in date without penalty.
• Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the initial amount.
• Bookings made with less than 30 days prior the check-in date can be cancel without penalty within 48 hours. After that 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
• Bookings made with less than 14 days prior the check-in date can be cancel without penalty within 48 hours. No refund after that.

Based on the cancellation policy, refunds will be processed between 5 and 14 days of the cancellation date.

Payment processor fees will be deducted from the refund amount as follows:

• 1.5% + 1 RON for standard European Economic Area cards
• 1.9% + 1 RON for premium Economic Area cards
• 2.5% + 1 RON and 2% currency conversion for UK cards
• 3.25% + 1 RON for international cards.

All content and materials displayed on our booking system are the property of our company. Users may not copy or reproduce any content without our written permission.

Users may not use our booking system for any illegal activity, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing malware. Users may not harass or threaten other users of our booking system.

Any damage caused to Karstic property as a result of inappropriate behavior will be charged accordingly

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use our booking system. We provide no warranty or guarantee regarding our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will not be notified of any changes to these Terms and Conditions and will have to consult and agree to this section before making any reservation.

We reserve the right to interrupt a user's access to our booking system for any reason, including but not limited to violating these Terms and Conditions.

We are not liable for any damages or delays resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, and government regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the competent Romanian court.
