What is your cancellation policy?

When is payment charged and how do you process it?

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. The booking amount is charged to confirm the reservation, and invoicing is handled by factureaza.ro.

Are pets, smoking, or parties allowed?

Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the chalets, and guests must respect house rules and maximum occupancy.

Can I work remotely from the chalet?
